LINKS: Malmö; Helsingborg (site in Swedish); Sofiero (site in Swedish); Kullen National Park
We had a quick tour around the town, as well as the town of Helsingborg, where we also did some shopping. From there, we continued to Sofiero Castle Gardens, which we walked around for a while. From here, we conitued to Kullen National Park, which had beautiful coastal scenery. Our last stop before returning to the hotel was to Lund, where we visited the very intersting Cathedral there. After supper, we visited the International Food Festival which began that day and was very packed and interesting.

LINKS: Denmark; Coppenhagen; Calsberg Brewery; The Little Mermaid; Tivoli
Today, we toured Coppenhagen, Denmark. Our first stop was a tour of the Carlsberg Beer Brewery, which was very interesting. They even still have the horses. After a bus tour of the city, we walked to the palace where we saw the changing of the gaurd, which is much different than in London, as there are no gates. You can get as close as you want, as long as you don't get in their way, and the gaurds smile! We then went to see the Little Mermaid before we were left on our own. At this point, we went to the Hard Rock Cafe where we had lunch before shopping. After that, and a walk to view the rest of the city, we went to Tivoli, where we walked around the park for a little bit before getting back on the bus for Sweden.
12 AUGUST
LINKS: Denmark; Roskilde; Viking Museum
We checked out of the hotel and headed back to Germany, with a stop first at the Viking Museum in Roskilde. This is a very intersting museum depicting a Viking fishing village, with boats in various states of repair and intersting exhibits.
